Peggy Higgins, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 70.  She was diagnosed with lung cancer in June and passed away in July.  Peggy, the youngest of three children, was born in Joliet, Illinois on July 28, 1950, to Rusty and Lillian Kisner.  After moving to Las Vegas, Peggy and her siblings went through the education system in Nevada.  Peggy spent many years working for the U.S. Postal service where she eventually retired after 30 years of employment. 

Peggy enjoyed playing keno, shopping, and going to the movies with her friends and family.  Her favorite movies were the Turner Classics from the 1940's and 1950's.   Her family was her greatest joy and she was the happiest when spending time with them.  Peggy is survived by her son Scott Higgins, grandson Andrew Higgins, granddaughter Brenda Higgins, and one great-grandchild.
