Daniel Felix Biggs was born on January 27, 1950, in Las Vegas, Nevada.  There were 6 children in the family, he being the 3rd oldest.  He attended John C. Fremont Jr. High and also Las Vegas High School where he was involved in basketball and baseball.  Following graduation he joined the Army for 4 years.  He then worked for the government at the naval station in Long Beach, California.  He eventually moved back to Las Vegas where he passed away in February 2018 from a lung ailment.
